time ago, Dean told us what happens when we click on a link. When we were putting together his piece, he told me to keep my eye out for the newest in new: HTTP/1.1. It adds all kinds of new efficiency to HTTP/1.0. With all the improvements this new spec provides, though, it's important to realize that it's the actual implementation of all the bits and pieces that allows you to achieve all its benefits.
